  • Drop-in classes: $20/class or $15/class if you purchase 5 or more. Subject to availability so reserve your spot early. Join in and try it out.

  • Reserved in-person classes: $12.50/class for 10 consecutive weeks or more. Reserving spots now. (Zoom livestream or recording available if you can’t make it to class. Make up classes subject to availability - must be fulfilled within the term.) Make a commitment to your own well-being!

  • Unlimited Class Pass: available for $50-100/month* gives you access to all classes on the above schedule, in person OR on Zoom PLUS unlimited recordings from an extensive library to do whenever, wherever and as often as you'd like, on your own schedule! Please reserve your in-person spots early. Come as often as you can and immerse yourself in yoga! *Sliding Scale Pricing means pay what you can afford, or what it's worth to you.

What to Bring?

For All Classes, please bring a yoga mat and your own props: strap, blocks, cushions and/or blanket. Bring whatever you need for your own comfort and ease. Best place to buy yoga props is the YAA.

What to Expect?

Regular classes are 1.25 hours long and include centering, postures, breath work and relaxation. So much more than just a physical exercise, hatha yoga is a holistic system of health and well-being. We build strength and flexibility in the body, the mind, the immune system, and the nervous system - so we're better able to handle stress and appreciate life. We find freedom, clarity, energy and joy!

Each True Bliss Yoga class is different and unique, opening new doorways to spaciousness and freedom in body and mind. Alignment principles & props create a safe, supportive path for healing, growth and expansion. Interspersed throughout each class is training in breathing techniques, mindfulness, and deep relaxation that leaves you refreshed and revitalized.

All levels welcome! Class pace varies from calm and gentle to flowing and strong, with variations offered for injuries and limitations so everyone can participate. On every level, it feels great to do yoga!
