Fear, stress and worry are a natural reaction to what’s going on with the coronavirus, but they are not at all helpful for our health or well-being.  Yoga is a great way to strengthen the nervous and respiratory systems, avoid and reduce symptoms that are exacerbated by stress, reduce anxiety, and boost the immune system.  So now it is more important than ever to keep up with your practice.
